In behalf of the People of the Philippines, in behalf of the Good President of the Philippines and in behalf of Mai Mislang, we may ask a public apology to all Filipinos who were hurt and embarrassed for Mai Mislang’s behavior and we want to ask apology also to all the people of kind Vietnam.
We admitted that it is a stupid mistake done by Mai Mislang and we could not deny the fact that she is really behaving like a child, a trackless, a blunt and a rude writer. Perhaps the world is open-minded enough to understand and professional enough to think that such kind of attitude is not new at all and it will really exist anywhere and any part of the world and it is Mai Mislang’s instinct to behave that way which supposed to be controlled and supposed to be stopped. We do not consent for that kind of behavior she is but we want to dissent also for anybody who are saying any harm to Mai Mislang for the President have already ask apology for such mistake. It is already admitted that it is a mistake and we hope that Filipinos will not be so much emotional about what had happened because even the people of Vietnam who is the subject of the issue didn’t take it seriously.
The issue here is just the culture that Filipinos are so much emotional to face a little issue and try to complicate everything which is not supposed to be given value and which just even nothing by the other party. The culture, the style and any other issue that complicate the situation must be stop right now because it’s not a big deal for Vietnamese. This is even showing that Vietnam sounds very professional to deal with issues like this compare to the Filipinos who are reacting that much. The issue for culture differences like uncircumssion for Vietnamese is not an issue at all because Filipino have different culture to Vietnam and Filipino must not have to say that because Filipinos are circumcise then Vietnamese must be also the same. No, it could not be that way so Mai Mislang next time you must have to think very well if you want to have a good harmony to all your fellow Filipinos.
Once and for all, we ask apology for what had happened.
